Essence Buying There are 2 ways to purchase this item effectively, depending on how much time you are willing to spend:

1: The quickest way is to purchase off the forums. Though not as cheap as the 2nd method, it can be a lot quicker by far. Pure essence can be purchased for approximately 110 each this way.

2:The 2^nd method is to travel to the Varrock east bank. Ask to buy rune essence outloud in the bank for 100gp each. If no one sells, change worlds and offer to buy it again. Continue world hopping in this manner until you get as much essence as you want. Though this is slower, the price of essence can also be lot cheaper with this method. You can try to offer lower than 100gp each - afterall, you can always up your offer but you can't lower it.
